Connect WhatsApp Number

Connect your WhatsApp Business number so your customers keep messaging the same number — now powered by Wylto with automation, CRM, and a team inbox behind it. Our onboarding team migrates the number onto the WhatsApp Business API.

You can start the connection from WhatsApp → Bot Builder under WhatsApp Connection, or from Settings → Channels → WhatsApp.

Connect a WhatsApp Number

  1. Start the Connection

    Section titled “Start the Connection”
    Under WhatsApp Connection, click Connect WhatsApp Number.

  2. Log in to Facebook

    Section titled “Log in to Facebook”
    You’re redirected to Facebook login. Log in and click Continue, then confirm the account by clicking Continue as [Your Name].

  3. Get Started

    Section titled “Get Started”
    Click Get Started to begin connecting your account with Wylto, and follow the on-screen instructions to complete the flow.

  4. Choose Display Name or Number

    Section titled “Choose Display Name or Number”
    During setup you’re asked whether to use only the Display Name or connect a WhatsApp Number:
    • Display Name only — A virtual number is automatically assigned to you.
    • Existing number — Enter the number during this step. Ensure WhatsApp is not already active on that number.

Re-register or Migrate a Number

Already on another WhatsApp Business API provider? You can re-register or migrate the number — see Settings → Channels → Re-register Your WhatsApp Number.
