Overview

Section titled “Overview”

The home page is the central place where you manage all your Wylto apps, configure settings, and control your overall account. Every feature is reachable from here, and the tabs you see depend on the features enabled for your app.

AI Agents

Create and manage your AI Agents and AI-powered chatbots for automated conversations.

Inbox

Open the Inbox — used by admins and members to manage leads, handle customer conversations, and run day-to-day operations.

WhatsApp

Manage all WhatsApp functions. The drop-down opens two tabs — Bot Builder (create chatbot flows and connect your WhatsApp number) and Templates & Flows (manage templates, flows, and opt-out lists).

Workflows

Design automated Workflows by defining triggers and the actions that follow.

Contacts

Manage all your customer Contacts.

Integrations

Connect Wylto with external systems through Integrations.

Settings

Configure your app in Settings — features, members, channels, attributes, and more.

Billing

Access your subscription details, payment information, and invoices in Billing.

Top Bar Actions

Section titled “Top Bar Actions”
  • Contact Support — Click Contact Support on the right-hand side to raise a support ticket or book a call with the support team.
  • Sign Out — Click the dropdown icon in the right-most corner to sign out of the account.
  • App Switcher — Click the current app name above the tabs to switch apps or create a new app.
